I had a wonderful stay. I needed an affordable option for two nights. The room was spacious, lovely, comfortable, and clean. Nice sized TV with tons of great channels. Great free wi-fi. The breakfast was nice! And so was the pool. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. And when I needed a couple of items from the store, the H-E-B was just a short walk away. Wonderful!
Had a wonderful experience here on both ends of our trip to Big Bend. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They helped me shuttle to and from the airport to get our rental car (we arrived after hours for the rental car desk) and even mailed us some belongings we accidentally left behind. Excellent experience. The rooms are clean. Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Midland.
Midland/Odessa has a reputation for being… unique. People are often meaner. Everything is dirtier. And when I was searching for a hotel in the area, most reviews shared that sentiment. From other reviews, Sleep Inn & Suites Midland West seemed to be an exception. From my experience, that’s true. I think they were fantastic. Staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and well taken care of. And breakfast was well stocked in a clean display. I will definitely be staying here again.
As flight crew, this hotel is a solid one. Crew lounge is top notch! Definitely one of my favorite overnights for hotels. Beds were comfy, pillows soft, AC got cold cold!! James was a great shuttle driver as well! I was only sad that the overnight wasnt long enough to get some hot tub time...
